Why Does IMMOBILE MANA DRAINING champ Jayce get nerfed but not HYPERMOBILE MANALESS Riven?

Very interesting. RiotRepertoir's lie was that Riven isnt being nerfed because only people in NA find her to be frustrating and not other regions like KR. Now lets take a look at jayce who is the complete reverse. Jayce has a 5.6% ban rate in NA, 4.3% banrate in EUW , but in KR he has a 18.7% banrate . His winrate across all regions is only 50%-51%. So Koreans find jayce to be more frustrating but not other region does? Only a single region problem? So Reportoire, why is he being nerfed by YOUR logic? He is also way less popular than Riven across all regions. You couldnt have just came clean and said its because Riven is more popular with a huge fanbase so it would be bad business? Or you could have said you guys play favorite with KR? Or just literally stopped to think for a few more minutes and created a better lie? (stats taken from lolalytics)

Call me crazy but it seems like people fine a severely mana gated , ranged squishy, immobile champion to be less frustrating than a manaless hypermobile infinite healing shield spaming champions like riven?

Its a very interesting comparison because both champions are in a similar situation, both top laners, both are aggressive lane bullies, both try to snowball early, both are considered to be "high skill" (lets be honest only one of them is at this point) , both have been picked in pro play, both are complained about by hashinshin, why is only 1 being nerfed?

Why is hypermobile 53-54% winrate cancer still untouched? Could it be that easier champions with massive bandwagons of people maining them tend to avoid nerfs compared to champions without that many people maining them ? . Is it because trashing less popular champions means less people will have backlash? But popular bandwagon champions are allowed to stay overpowered for really long periods of time because if balance was brought to them then it might hurt bUsInEsS. Maybe if this pattern starts getting exposed more often by the community , maybe THAT will hurt business even more than sly favoritism?

And lastly, why is mid lane jayce also being trashed by the nerfs? is just a better AD mid in every way right? Didnt Reportoir say some nonsense along the lines of "Riven isnt even the best top lane pick right now" or something? What about jayce mid, hes not the best AD mid pick either. After the zed buffs there are like 3 zed 1 tricks in challenger? how many jayce 1 tricks are in challenger?

Just some interesting questions for discussion.
