Can we switch red and blue buff?

It really makes no sense to have the ability-empowering, resource-regening buff on the side with a more single-target focus and the auto-attack enhancing buff on the side that focuses more on aoe ability clears. It makes it irritating to choose a side to clear, especially as an ability dependent champion who will go oom without blue but really can't kill gromp in a timely fashion and would love to fight golems and Raptors.

Honestly, it's never made sense, but after the recent changes that solidify "red-side" as the aoe side, it's pretty obnoxious.
