@RIOT - add RP Purchase of MMR reset to store

Sounds like cheating to a few people im sure. But its not. Many of us got excited about hitting level thirty and thought to ourselves "Im doing really good now i should go play ranked!" We all know now...that was stupid. But what can we do about it? Win 50 games in a row? That could do it...for some of us though, it may not be enough. We have improved but its so far gone that we are kinda screwed :-\ Back in the day, RIOT used to have pity on us once a year and give us another chance. This season however, they decided that everyone should have their mmr tanked before we started our placements...Many plats placed gold, golds place silver, silver placed bronze, and bronze...well we got place in the mmr equivalent of wood 5 or as some have come to call it "elohell".

If we could spend 1000 RP or so to just reset it and go through placements again, or even leave us bronze 5 but reset our mmr so we can climb out from under the mire and get to where we truly belong. It is very difficult to get better when playing against weaker competition. But then it should be "easy" to "carry" a game i suppose...but even Le'Bron can't carry his team if they continually give the ball over, so why people think we can do it just baffles me.

If we really are as bad as the system says we are then we will have wasted our money to find out. So whats the harm? This would reduce smurf accounts for most people, and the rest of us will only need 1 smurf instead of 15.
