I havent played in a while. What happened to Camille?
I looked at her percentages and her winrate is awful, im assuming they monster nerfed her?

She's been nerfed enough to become a playable support in EU.
They refused to hit the parts of her kit that were problematic, and nerfed everything else around it until she was nigh unplayable.
You know, the riot special.
They hit literally every single part of her kit at some point you know.
The nerfs, the nerfs, the nerfs are calling.
From glen to glen, and down the mecha-mountainside
Bad players cried too much, so much that they gave her the Rek'Sai treatment.
In other words, she became a champion you only see in premades and very high elo games because she can't do shit in lane without the jungler camping her lane, or being able to collapse in another lane for a full team gank.
The most recent round of nerfs more or less was the last nail in the low elo/solo queue coffin for her.
A champion like camille should never have been released/made in the first place, to be honest.
Riot themselves like 2 years ago stated that they wanted to reduce the amount of mobility creep and the release of more champions with too much mobility.
Then they went and made that monster.
I think a healthier champion design would have involved at least a different Q and R and maybe not include a passive shield that fucking adapts to magic or physical damage.

Let's not forget Kass that has only a magic shield and is doing good rn. She coulda used a physical shield only on-hit, but she's trash anyway rn.
Um if by "doing good" you mean "less shittier to play than ryze or aatrox", then yea. Totally doing great.
Kass has 12% more win rate than Ryze, according to champion.gg. Let's not mix things up.
Yea that's why I said less shittier.
Cause let's be real here, Kass is nowhere near "doing good". Not even "feeling ok".
If Kass was a person, he'd be an old, homeless, googly eyed, glasses wearing, ex-stage magician hippy, living out of a cardboard box in a backalley dumpster full of stray voidlings kittens, and
this guy.
hmm they made her not broken is what they did so all the bad players playing her cuz she was broken found out the hard way they are really bad and she was broken and that is why they were smashing games with her
Rightous nerfs.
She got hit by the nerf hammer.
Man, who could have known that an inescapable J4 ult would be broken? On a champion with a big gap closer that is not squishy at all.
If only...
The two ults are not all that similar.
Camille can only trap one person, and the actual impact does no damage.
True, but they still have the same function: trap someone.
But the point of comparing the 2 is because one is actually fair to play against while the other is not and never will.
Why, beucase something like that has never been in League before?
You do realize that she can hard counter mobile champs right?
Slippery Fizz? Ult him.
Lee Sin keeps jumping on and out of range? Ult him.
Kat zipping and flying everywhere? Ult her.
You get my point. She is the ultimate mobility counter, and I think people are just biased that they can't use flash to solve all their problems.
And before you think I play her, I don't. I play champs like Azir and immobile champs like Soraka.
Why, beucase something like that has never been in League before?
Something that denies even Flash? Yes. Never League had something that is inescapable, especially a trapping ability.

Yea and guess what: she's also the ultimate fuck you to immobile champions. Hell, I would even argue it's even MORE unfair towards immobile champions because at least mobile champions can get away before Camille ult them.
And before you think I play her, I don't. I play champs like Azir and immobile champs like Soraka.
I ugh... don't see the point of this but whatever.

I would honestly argue that this isn't 100% true. And here's why.
Take an immobile carry. In 9/10 situations, we already know they won't survive an encounter with an assassin or mobile diver like Lee or AD Jarvan.
Burning flash in these situations are usually fruitless unless they have help nearby, especially if their pursuer has summoners of their own.
Camille imo only makes it crystal clear that you can't escape.
All the others implicitly make sure you can't escape by busting you down.
I ugh... don't see the point of this but whatever
It was a preemptive measure in case you were one of those people that immediately assume that becuase I am defending a champ I must main them. Apologies for jumping to conclusions but this has happened a lot.

Umm... but that's a very rare occasion, I always try to see if flashing is a good idea or not before flashing. Also I'm pretty sure it's better that you force a flash out of your enemy, it's better for peeling later on.

Nah, there's no point in doing that. You can just check the op.gg just to be sure anyway.
She got Jayce'd.
Camille is one of the champions (like riven and kled) you better dont want to be meta, but only played from some OTPs.
Imagine that, a champ that everyone said would be pure cancer when released was pure fucking cancer when released.
then nerfed into oblivion because she never should have been released.
Point and click lockdown is extremely strong in pro play, so they had to nerf her to unviability in soloq for her pro playrate to not be pick/ban. Kinda the same thing that happened to azir.
