Counter to an ultimate peel combo w/ Kalista?

Just faced a J4, Kalista, thresh, lb, mumu comp today. No chance of getting to anyone in teamfights while Kalista is mowing down everyone with runaans. Anyone think there is any way to counter such a team? I felt like there was nothing we could do, but curl up in the fetal position... I'm really not trying to claim the game is unbalanced, but rather seeking a way to get better at facing these kind of comps...
