All towers should damage like 3v3 Nexus Tower

By that i mean shoot like 5 shots a second

Regular rift towers are a fucking joke

Taking a tower should feel rewarding and feel like you accomplished something, not sitting there laughing as you face tank a tower with a minion behind you not being hit just for the sake of being able to deal full damage to the tower
