Hovering Hentai1 votesI would maybe ditch the mana regen glyphs as her passive changes mean her mana is roughly okish ad if you build Morello (which you should be doing for all that cdr) you will be fine for mane swap it out maybe for cdr which is a critical stat on her to land her q's constantly
I run flat ap quints magic pen reds which you have scaling ap seals three scaling ap glyphs and 6 scaling cdr glyphs

But also harass the opponent with some Qs to back off ..

While this is great for when you're starting off, once you get an idea of how to manage your mana in lane, you can honestly just forgo all things mana(well except for DRing) completely. Check it.

Its pretty hard to climb with her, honestly. She isnt OP like all the other champions picked in ranked.

Catastrop1 votesYes she can climb, it's going to be a bit hard at lower ELOs though because damage is what matters there and that's something that Liss doesn't quite have.
The mana regen runes are a waste tbh, just use Flat AP Quints other than that, they're good. Although, I personally prefer Scaling HP Seals with the generic 10% scaling CDR and 4 MR in Glyphs.
As for Masteries, ditch Precision and get the Cooldown Mastery.
