Issues with the cllient after updates

After the recent updates my client has been acting really strange. Delayed queues saying i declined when i hit accept. When banning a champion typing in name is delayed and hitting accept is delayed. when i start using abilities really really fast with champions they become delayed. my ping is 16 & my internet is 120 Mbps & my computer meets the requirements & i have settings on lowest possible and still issues.
