I don't know Teemo that well, but figured he'd be impacted along with every other AP DPS champion and wanted to ask others on their stances.

And the first hit should be an on hit effect.
It should weaken his shroom but that's whatever. I play Teemo as ranged dps in 2k17

The bigger kill off to vlad is that he won't be able to build abyssal anymore. banshee's is nice but it wont give the juicy damage amp vlad wants, and he'll have to work a lot harder to pull off tons of dmg in teamfights.

Redo15031 votesActually probably not, because vs Tanks you mostly go One-Hit anyway. And if any squishy thinks he can build that item against u, he just waste a slot for his damage. So a bit, yes but not very much because Teemo doesnt go Ap vs Tanks anyway
