Do people really not understand the 50% win rate that riot love so much?

If you go on a winning streak, you will have to carry some dumb as **** players to keep it going. It's Riot's way of keeping their balance. Win 4-5 straight, best of luck carrying the tongue chewing bot. I've come to accept it. It's an easy fact to see. All their champions, they try to maintain a + or - 5% from 50% winning percentage. Same can be said for most divisions. My buddy, 7 game win streak, followed up by going 2-10. You can just tell the skill is lacking. However, the only problem is, you lose way more LP then ya gain when you go on such streaks. 5 game win streak? 16-18 LP per win. Losing 3 straight? Enjoy your -24 LP. You can say "Oh that just means you don't belong there." which is fine, it's your opinion but as a struggling Gold 5 player this year, I was Gold 1 in the past 3 seasons...or 2 I don't exactly recall. In addition, all this ranting I'm doing may just be because I decided to solo/duo queue some games. I guess I should have heeded past posts. You really do get the bottom of the barrel as a solo player. Thankfully, this season is inching closer to completion and we can all just hope that Riot maybe jotted down some notes from valid concerns of their player base. However it turns out, League can rise once again or crash into flames. You're move Rito.

If you go on a win streak, your MMR starts increasing rapidly, to allow you to climb faster - I'm sure you heard stories about master-tier players who get to masters on their smurf in less than 50 games, that's how it works.

If your MMR increases, you will be matched with players with higher skill level than usual. Of course it starts being hard to keep up.
