theyre nerfing tower regen so SPLITPUSHING is BETTER, because we love having to deal with champs who sit top all game and push lane nonstop, its not fun for either team. on one hand the enemy team has to keep 2 people to stop some asshole from pushing, on the other hand the allied team of it has to deal with being 4v5 if the splitting doesnt go too well. they did the same shit in season 6 when we were saying towers were too weak they added rift herald. nice.
