FILL is killing this game, keep it in high elo

Fill position was made to cut down on queue times (high elo problem) but were they not thinking how this would impact game quality? How many times I have had a teammate that feeds and plays badly the entire game only to find he was filled jungle or top when he is a lucian main with 500k masteries, imagine how better the game would be if he actually was playing ADC and we also had a jungle main in our team. But on top of that the system doesn't even bother to place other filled players in the enemy team.

The whole FILL thing is a disaster and needs to be dropped out of the game, or keep it in very high elo where players even before fill switched positions with one another since they know each other, but in low elo even when there wasn't such thing as fill queue times used to be 4-5 minutes, I'm talking bronze silver elo.
