The forgotten champions

And no, I don't mean the meme kings Yorick, Urgot and Aatrox but rather the ones who are neither so good that people complain/play a lot of, or so bad(and ugly!) to become memes

I'm talking about the ones that you don't talk about. Champions that may have stood atop of their field at one point but one way or another they fall out of favor in to obscurity.

I mean, I don't really ever pay attention to these champs because they have nothing noteworthy to talk about, sure there mains are pretty insane, but they just are forgotten. . I didn't include a few who I thought were more debatable, but feel free to add in your own forgotten champs(or just argue with me about how wrong I am and also that Mordekaiser es numero uno)

I'm curious what do you think should be done about this, because most of them are overshadowed for either not being rewarding enough, too simple, too niche, or just being better choices who are more reliable and generally just better pick. I really want the overshadowed champs to get some love, being different for each of the forgotten ones needs.
