Been playing and have lately noticed, Quinn's E seems to ignore ALL ccs it seems, and even goes through Poppy's W (You know, that no-dash zone?). It is rather.... irritating when you use a CC to stop her, and she goes through it, and the CC only applies when she lands at the end.
It's not supposed to be immune to CC, it was buffed to be a lot faster though.
i tried against a poppy and it blocked it, also lux or morgana snare affects u, so overall shes not immune to cc while using her E not like Vi with R
I've never seen this happen. You're going to have to get some footage of this.
I'm not sure, but Vault could be a cast time. These aren't affected by CC until it finishes.
