Can we nerf twitch jungle already?

for over a year hes been a popular and highly successful pick... ofefring amazing ganks with his stealth range and damage basically seems to be a buffed up ranged Rengar..... except rather than sacrificing teamfights for this good early game... Twitch has amazing teamfight presence too... it kinda feels like hes never a bad pick....

What i find more annoying though after a year of twitch pain I noticed plans for a Kalista nerf... ._. Are there any real reasons why twitch mainly the jungle isnt nerfed yet...
