idk how it happened and i cant recreate or show proof as it doesnt display in a replay either but i played a game today where i had the visual effects of seraphs permanently on me.... not the hsield part just the blue effect lol

Same issue here with Ryze both times I played him today with Seraph's. After using the active the first time the visual effect was permanent.
