Can we get an explanation for this?

These 6 champions all have one thing in common

All 6 of them have an ability which heals them, not lifesteal heal but just heal in general

2 of those champions have 1 thing in common

Their heal works on Structures (Irelia and Xin)

Now I get these were old champions (2010 even) but here's the thing, If Riot doesn't want to have heal work on structures (which going by the other 4 is they don't) why havn't they taken that ability off Xin and Irelia yet?

I mean lets be honest you wouldn't know Irelia or Xin for healing off structures (Hell Irelias case the heal is so small you don't even notice) you would know them for other things (Irelia as a hypercarry tank with mixed damage, Xin for getting devour then wrecking face) and yet they keep that little niche about them.

I mean yeah ok sure these champs are off the radar from the juggernaut circlejerk but It should be worth pointing out that 4 other champions which have a on hit heal can't benefit from healing off structures while these 2 can, can it just be they ether all heal off structures or none of them can?

Hell Letting Aatrox heal off structures might be a pretty decent buff to him.
