4000 Damage Miss Fortune Ultimate Math
Just calculated a build with Miss Fortune that does 3995.8 with just one Ultimate against one target, assuming the target has 85 Base Armor and no Bonus Armor.
Build:

For extra cheese, you can replace boots for the next item that would grant the most damage, another Essence Reaver/Infinity Edge just for the AD+Crit.
Math:
EDIT: I hate that these boards use asterisks for italicizations. (0.75*(378+30)+0.20)(1+0.21.5(0.4+0))(100/(100+0.95(50+x)))+(0.75*(378+30)+0.20)(1+0.21.5(0.4+0))(100/(100+0.9(50+x)))+(0.75*(378+30)+0.20)(1+0.21.5(0.4+0))(100/(100+0.85(50+x)))+(0.75*(378+30)+0.20)(1+0.21.5(0.4+0))(100/(100+0.8(50+x)))+(0.75*(378+30)+0.20)(1+0.21.5(0.4+0))(100/(100+0.75(50+x)))+11*(0.75*(378+30)+0.20)(1+0.21.5(0.4+0))(100/(100+0.7(50+x)))
Technical stuff: I calculated this by taking a basic function for Miss Fortune's Ultimate's Rank 3 Damage: (12*(63+AD)+3.2AP)(1+0.2C)(100/(185+x)) Plugging in items' stats into a graphing calculator, and then recording which one has the most damage. For example, the first run through finds Infinity Edge and Lord Dominik's Regards (no Giant Slayer boost) the strongest items for below ~104 and above ~105 bonus armor respectively (I started with a window of 0 bonus armor to 400 bonus armor). For the purpose of finding this silly build, I just focused on the squishiest end of the spectrum. I'll be back with a more practical item set for tank busting. With this in mind, I changed the window to 104, then repeated the process plugging in a new item on top of the Infinity Edge. Rinse and repeat. The reason why that relatively simple function for Miss Fortune's damage becomes that mess up there is because of Black Cleaver's passive. I chose not to include Runes and Masteries to simplify things for myself, but they shouldn't drastically destroy the results of my findings by more than a hundred or so damage either way or because they're % bonuses and don't necessarily affect what item would be chosen over another.
Final Thoughts: Don't come into this thread going on about how viable this build is or not. This is for another Miss Fortune project I have coming along that I felt like doing for fun, and I only ask that your main thought looking at these numbers is how absurd Miss Fortune is in the right conditions. If she manages to hit 5 squishies with this, that is nearly 20,000 damage in one go. Amazing, terrifying, and a really silly build to try out in Norms.
