Can we buff Teemo to take care of Garen

Literally Garen is soo cancer right now. He simply does WAY to much damage. Level 2 Q + all spins of his E does enough damage to take down literally half your health. There's kind of no counterplay to him as a melee because if you all in him all he has to do is spin, spin, spin and chunk you so hard. his Q is impossible to run from and his ult does half your damage. His passive heals him for retarded shit all while being so beefy. When there are champions more cancer than Teemo you know there are serious issues. We're near the fucking holidays and the fucking community is more angry than usual about the new dark harvest. Teemo isn't that cancer because you can actualy fucking counter this bitch. Garen you really fucking can't when we don't factor in champions . Teemo can just be countered with a simple item 2055 item 3364 while what tactics can you use to counter Garen? Fucking None! And Garen isn't the only cancer ass shit right now! Fucking Urgot needs nerfs too.

I wouldn't mind it if Riot removed the villain mechanic and put that lost power elsewhere.

Out of everything Garen has, that's the one thing I find antifun. It punishes you for doing well.

Then you would be arguing all low hp mechanics are punishing. Old Irelia stun was broken because it punished you for winning a trade. Then Last Stand as a rune should be removed. Olaf passive has to be changed. Tryndamere's Q and Mundo E shouldn't give more AD at low HP. Renekton's Q shouldn't heal more at lower HP. They're punishing people for successfully bringing them down to critical status - i.e. "doing well" because you'd bring them down to low hp and suddenly you get nuked by the massive power spike they get at low health.

I'd argue that the Villain mechanic isn't anti-fun for punishing an enemy for doing well, some mechanics are there to let a champ make plays from behind, but this thing is anti-fun even for the Garen because of how RNG it is, and how you can't control it. You can't randomly put the Villain mark on the Irelia that you need it on because the Soraka ks'd a couple of kills recently. You can't even predict where the mark is going to go. It needs to be scrapped so that his crappy kit can be buffed elsewhere.

Teemo is also cancer lane phase, scales worse than garen though. Dont think he should get buffed. Teemo Q is already OP and you start to see dumb shit like Teemo support.

Teemo has one of the best late game of all top laners. His Q has an 80% ap scaling.
