Because she can bounce her autos anyway, while shoving her opponent harder than any other marksmen with her Q and W.
Middle of the pack waveclear? She has the best waveclear of the adcs, actually one of the best in the game. With stormrazor and berzerker greaves she can crit the whole wave 3 times with one W and its on like a 5 second CD ...
