When did vayne turn into a high risk low reward champ

early game rushed crit builds are always worse now. Any one doing the old Zeal line zeal line IE core items, and you can mix match how ever you want in what ever order you want as it changes nothing. That build and path is going to be weaker. Vayne might be ok if she does new builds, hard to say when most I see just spam old build that's weaker all of early game, and has a worse build path then befor, getting dunked and behind, staying there all game, by the point I see most crit Vaynes comeing online, almost everybody's level 11+ and has the ability to remove her HP bar if she gets tagged by CC. The early game crit power spikes are considerably more delayed, and weaker.
