Katarina does absurd damage.

But... She's an assassin that relies on her ult, with the craziest weakness of a single CC.

That's like saying "Nautilus has absurd CC"

...it might be true, but it's part of their identity. Katarina without absurd damage isn't just trash, she's not even worth having on the champ roster. And no, I don't play katarina.

She already has terrible abilities pre-6. Her only saving grace is an ult that can melt squishies.

Here's an idea, take 50% off of her ult and put it on the rest of her abilities. Give Kat reliable burst instead of R only burst. Lets see how hard people whine then.

Especially annoying running into one every freaking game being played by some elo booster or smurf... If I see another fresh lvl 30 account with horrid champion stats tearing through Silver thanks to a sudden mastery of Kat or Akali, I'm going to vomit.

What are you willing to give for 10% damage? She has no CC, every ounce of her power is in damage. And if her ult is interrupted you're basically useless cause Riot put so much power into her ult.
