I think it need an active side. Here's what was i thinking:- When Garen use his Courage W It makes him immune to stuns or slows or ....... You know what do i mean. I don't think that an ability that give only 30 armor and magic resist works
Oh an new idea came to my mind
When Garen use his Courage W it will double his bonus armor and magic resist for 2/3/4/5/6 second Cooldown is the same

ya, i dont understand how people keep missing that, have read comments like the op's a bunch of times over the last week.
@op: right now garens w has an active. it reduces damage and the duration of crowd control effects by 30%. theyre removing the cc reduction, but the damage reduction stays on the active.
