Shen can trade very well and thanks to his fairly high HP regen he can recover from trades quite fast This HP regen was given to him when he lost his old Q being his only form of lane sustain so they bumped it up by a lot

Doesn't Shen get a nerf every year before Worlds? Even with that trend it's still very uncalled for. I could sorta see it before he got reworked, but now I just can't see any reason for this change to exist. Is he a game balance offender?

I mean, Shen has seen consistence play in the LCS recently...............yeah, that's all I could come up with.
