Fiddlesticks Jungle Balance

Can we get a balance update for Fiddle? Something as simple as "Snares scuttle when active with his drain" would be incredible. Or even an immense slow for scuttle, but please make this crab easier and faster for Fiddle to take control of the free vision that the new map offers.
