Clarity Request: Mastery Passives and CD on HUD

With this season's new, more impactful masteries, it seems rather hit-or-miss on the masteries that earn a spot on the HUD. Noticeable masteries that lack a HUD icon:

• Thunderlords Decree - a 30 second cd on a fairly significant damage mastery seems justified to me.
• Grasp of the Undying - only 4 seconds, but equally impactful for tanks

Less important:

• Deathfire Touch - It'd be nice to know how much additional damage your abilities do.
• Windspeaker's Blessing - Same thing for ally heals, shields and resistances.
• Feast - Now that it's a lump regen every 20 seconds, instead of on every minion, Feast deserves a CD timer, maybe even a "health gained" stat.
