How Okay is Spamming

So since "spamming" got removed from the list of reportable offenses, is this okay now? Every line is the same person, and it goes on off of the screen too. This is on top of probably HUNDREDs of pings in game, despite not flaming (much) in chat. So is this okay now, or does it fit under "unsportsmanlike conduct" ?

If you're not sure if it's Verbal Abuse or Unsportsmanlike Conduct, just select both. I would probably place it under Verbal Abuse since it is a chat offense. Make sure to annotate that it was spam in the description box.
