Why is the first blood stipulation in the remake rule?

So, I saw that the enemy Lucian was obviously AFK and therefore I walked under tower to give first blood to Morgana... Preventing a remake. Why is it that First Blood stops remakes? It is super easy to prevent them and it is a vote anyway so there isn't much to complain about if you vote to remake even though a lane got an early lead. By walking under tower, a player can turn a possible /remake tie into an almost guaranteed win and therefore make an already annoying situation flat-out grim.

I believe you misunderstand first blood rule. If I understand the rule right, it prevents remake only if someone on the remaking team got killed, so giving first blood should have no effect if I understand patch notes right (can someone confirm it?)

No, because only total assholes will actually intentionally feed to keep a 4v5 going for freelo. Riot can make note of those people and discover which accounts are held by selfish pricks. It's excellent for data gathering.

First blood scored by the remaking team doesn't stop them from remaking. So they probably just decided not to remake (maybe premades?), but ended up with nothing. That or you are lying.

I don't know why all these myths about the /remake are going around. But you CAN NOT Remake if all 5 members connected AT ALL . Like Even if the ADC was only in the game for .00005 seconds at the start and DC'd, you CAN NOT REMAKE. It's only usable if a member has never ever connected even once, by the 3 minute mark.

The first blood part I'm unsure on, but the above is probably why they can't remake.
