Have anyone tried shield bash on Sett?
Looking at how big his shield can get, it seems like it should be in his secondary keystone.

The cast time of the ability + the fact he can't move during it
Unless your opponent just stands there, good chance the shield decays before you hit them
I didnt see much damage added from it. There are other Runes that preformed better to me.
