AFK Surrender change?

Can we please have the voting for yes changed if a team mate afks for a certain amount of time. I just played a game where I had 2 AFK and when doing a vote one person out of 3 clicked no and 2 for yes..... we still ended up having to play because of that. I recommend if the person goes afk and stays that way the system already knows so count their vote as yes for surrender automatically.
