My Q has shred... although it is garbage all lane phase since it shreds 10% at level 1, and you don't level it until you've maxed E....

I rush into and then get and finish

I stay pretty even in CS and EXP, and yet I can do nothing about this champion. I have an armor shredding Q and build strictly to counter him, and yet it does nothing for me. 15 minutes into the game this champ goes under my tower to hit the tower a few times while I am there, and its not even worth hitting him over his minions because I deal no damage.

If it is 15 min in the game that you have this problem then maybe go lethality or damage? You will have a better shot at killing him because he doesn’t have a lot of armor yet, usually he will have only have tabi at 15 min (if he is going tri) but he can also get a gauntlet if your team is full AD. Lethality is better early-mid game because of the low amount of armor. Cleaver by itself is a bad item because high amounts of armor aren’t seen that often. Your mistake was going an armor shred build when nasus didn’t have enough armor to make your build path effective.

And as a Nasus main I can say with confidence that a Lethality wukong does hurt a lot. You most likely didn’t play correctly.

I had this: item 3071 item 3123 item 1001 item 1033

So please, do tell me how he didn't have a lot of armor and I just built incorrectly.

You just don't play Wukong into Nasus. I legit dodge that matchup along with Tryndamere

Unless you kill him at least two times, manage your lane and only last hit to zone the Nasus off your creeps and punish him hard going for cannons consistently you just get outscaled pretty fast. It is a bad matchup for Wukong unless the Nasus is a bonobo. Also an early item 3134 after cheesing is a lot more effective than item 3123 . Practically every single time someone built executioner in lane while I played Nasus ended up getting pubstomped since the amount of ad you get for it is trash in all-ins.
