Can we add a "Lives Saved" hidden passive to Soraka?

We have the same thing for PD already but as "Deaths Defied." Maybe make a similar hidden passive for Soraka (hidden passive meaning something that really has no affect on the actual champion but keeps track of something generally, like Jinx's hidden passive in regards to how much she helps kill Cait or Vi if against them thanks to lore, if you guys don't know).

This just defines Soraka as a champion and I thought it would make her a lot more rewarding to play. Thoughts?

By sitting behind your carry letting him do all the work? If soraka is a punching bag, what does it make of every other support(who is not janna) who actually bothers putting themselves in the fray?

and b) we lose our own hp to heal others. We are literally hurting ourselves.

Then proceed to just use pots and coin to regen that, hell soraka can win a trade with her adc taking twice the damage the enemy adc+support took, soraka is about making people suffer, don't kid yourself.

Playing an agressive soraka with an agressive adc is fun. I dont main raka but ill spam Q all early game. If you zone it right youll only take damage from one enemy and your q will heal it back. if they go all in on you you just back up while your adc goes ham on thei adc and you heal him while dropping more q's and your E. Soraka is not just sit back and pop a heal once in a while. if thats how you play her you're playing her wrong.

Ikr. A lane with a legit great Soraka player is one of if not the most aggressive lane you can be in. While being one of the riskiest, but at the same time safest, lanes you can have. It took me months to get it right (yes, months, she might be easy to play but she is actually damn hard to master and carry your team in games).

Funny, I remember when I spammed this champion, took me 4 games to get it right.

Like it or not maxing w first is actually stronger in most cases, and it's a completely braindead playstyle, you take no risk and it's pretty damn hard to win against, sure some people like maxing q first, but it's generally not worth the risk due to jungler pressure and the threat from your opposing laners, soraka currently has great success by maxing w first, which is kinda why they generally max it first in competitive as well.

So yeah, completely braindead champion.

I max W first as well but i usually put two or three points into Q before then. There are a handful of champs i believe in leveling up a few spells ove maxing one right away. Take zyra for example. Maxing q and e equally puts out the most damage possible due to multiple similar plants hitting the same target causing them to do less damage. If you know you can pull off an e w q w combo in a fight thatll do the most damge. If your having problems with engaging and they punish you, then id rank up q first because it increases the poke damage but i still would have e with a couple points before i maxed it. Laning against soraka isnt the end of the world. Early you just have to focus her likes shes a hyper carry and ask your jg for some help if you need it. if you're able to dodge her q and poke at her she will run out of health before being able to heal the adc in a real trade. I main zyra/leona but i will always pick soraka if the enemy team has little cc or is there isnt any burst on the enemy team which happens a lot in lately.

I usually max W unless we are destroying the enemy bot lane. In which case I start to max Q to zone better and do more damage. Q does a shit ton of damage.

Because as far as the people on your servers playing this game go, they generally don't amount to much and need to constantly import foreign talent to try to compete.

Well I wouldn't call the boards the "na boards", but I did go to the na boards back when the na boards would've been properly labeled na boards because rioters posted there much more than everywhere else combined.

Hm? Your server is behind, the talent your country has is behind, getting diamond on eune and euw is more impressive because you are behind. Sure the very top of your ladder can compete because it imports talent from elsewhere, but every single one of your ranks is weaker than ours, our bronze is better than your bronze, our silver is better than your silver, our gold is better than your gold/etc.

Just because you can import players to try and compete in the competitive scene doesn't mean you can import enough to make your general population on par with ours.

Depends on the game to be honest. If my lane is doing extremely well, then I can possibly risk maxing Q first, but if they are extremely bursty, then you max W first. Or just to be safe. Lately I haven't had much opportunity to max Q first. I am too worried my ADC might be a brainless idiot.

It all depends on the lane you're up against and your laning partner, really. I generally max w first if the enemy has a large amount of reliable poke and my laning partner has very little or if I get the sense early that my laning partner is doing whatever the fuck they want regardless of whether it's a good idea. Q first is good if the enemy has low poke (melee supports are particularly fun to dick on with this) or if you're playing with an early kill laner like Draven (although that's a bit of a toss up because sometimes Draven will need the heals more than he needs the minimal damage you can actually output).
