Did Riot contracted and outsourced their marketing team to EA?

Because that's probably the worst choice you can make and only EA is capable of doing something like that.

I've bought 1 champion in the last two weeks, and it was with the rand0m champion box. It was Vel Koz. Most champions I have left are 4800-7800 anyways so taking a gamble I always win.

I use to get 1 champion a week. I thought I had a way to keep up in this system, but unfortunately I don't anymore.

3950 be for a permanent unowned champion seems better to me than 1700 be for a champion shard (witch would be rather useless to buy anyway)

I believe that's because it was part of the "blue essence emporium" which ended on the 28th. It was never intended to be a permanent thing.
