Ornn Price
Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't a champion's IP cost get reduced a week after its release? Ornn was release August 23rd which was a week ago and he's still 7800.

Which sucks because a lot of us can't even do the Ornn quests.
hhmm, I always thought it was until the next patch; so 2 weeks.
That being said, if you already own all of the characters you can very easily just get 3 mystery shards and reroll for 5400.
