So, the Tribunal has been down for almost an entire year.

Is it safe to assume that the tribunal is gone for good and reporting someone means absolutely nothing?

Tribunal is being reworked and will be back "SOON".

Reports on the other hand don't need the Tribunal as there are MANY systems that Riot has in place in order to keep the game running and under a good watch.

Again, source? I don't see this anywhere on the old forums.

Fair enough, still just minor bans and chat restrictions though. So the answer is no, reporting someone will not do anything serious until the tribunal is back up. Thank you though.

I'm sure they still do more serious ones if needed as Riot can look at these reports directly as they don't need the Tribunal to see that. They are integrating the system into place so they would have to still be able to go through the reports that would be coming in inorder to make sure it's working and all before they are ready for the world to use it.

Fair enough. I'd like to imagine they do go through the more serious ones but as i continue to play this game, read the lore about riot. The more i've grown to accept they do not care, at all about their fan-base. They know people have already dumped countless amounts of dollars into the game and won't leave. Because leaving would mean wasting their investment in the game, the time, the money. The stress. All of it. Not trying to sound negative or butthurt. It's just how things are.
