Oh yeah, the passive is totally "fun" when she's able to build more AP at late game then a good farming Veigar that's been fed off champions. It's also very "fun" and she totally has counter play when she does 2154 damage in three hits of her E because she has a one second cooldown on them with poison. Uhm, it's fun when she can 1v5 with her ult. Yeah, it's totally fun when at end game she has 1300+ ap and dominates an entire team

I mean i guess its fun to kind of keep track of how many times you've poisoned or E'd ppl but i dont think fun is the right word. If your good or if you support lane with twitch its super broken op and awesome :D
