Since Poppy's e is a dash, and is a point-click target, any dash or jump can get out of it while other dashes will still hit the target. So, i think you should make it a skillshot, i know, not a popular opinion, but then Poppy can still hit things as simple as a Vayne tumble

Also why hypercarry Poppy works too well - they Ult your support while smashing the back line. Either you waste all your CC on her, and her team kills you, or you wait too long and she smashes you to death.
