I feel like Soraka shouldn't heal from someone blocking her q with a spell shield since other healing abilities don't return health when blocked

It would be nice to have that consistency. Most skills act like they didn't hit when Sivir spell shields them, but Soraka still gets Rejuvenated. Though it should still Rejuvenate her if she hits Morg's black shield.

That's because her black shield absorbs spells, she still gets hit by them
