I would love to submit a ticket, but you need to be signed in to submit one, and the page to sign in on doesn't work. But anyway, i was in the log-in screen, and it told me that it needed to restart to download an update. The update crashed freezing at 55.1/55.4, and whenever i try to open League i get a RADS error, and i've tried all of the fixes that are on the first page of google, and none of them worked. Same problem as everyone else. I patched today and this started happening.
"There is a problem with your internet connection... -Account transfers are currently unavailable.. Please launch legacy client if you would like to transfer your account (NO IM JUST TRYNA LOG IN YA HO) -We're aware of a problem causing log in attempts to fail and are working on a fix" (HOPEFULLY)
RESTART or SHUTDOWN (Can't even touch the Legacy client button cause this popup will not go away and gives only these two options)

mines working now; i turned my firewall off then opened league and it worked i dont think that really helepd it maybe league is back up now

Once you log in or are at the log in screen it says that there is a connection issue and that it either wants you to shut down or restart, but when you restart it, it reverts back to 6.22 and then you need to reinstall 6.23 but after that you get this issue again... I tried doing a full repair and still am having this issue not sure what is going on but it looks like they are gonna fix it soon.

Guys it's not just league! this is happening across some websites and pages so I don't think it's something riot can do anything about. For example I go to this website called imgur to look at random derpy shit and it's down too. This website itself it's kinda half down too.

right-click > run as administrator just fixed it for me, not sure if it was a fluke.
Yeah when I open the client (the open beta one) I get the "restart or shutdown" message every time. Oddly one time that I opened it it showed the elementalist Lux login screen for a second too.

I open the patcher and it says 'An unspecified error has occurred. Please check logs for more information.' and clicking retry does nothing.
The alpha wouldn't work for me but the legacy one did. Took a few times launching it but it finally worked.
I went back to the old launcher
make sure to go to league folder>rads>system
open user cfg and change "leagueClientOptIn" to no then save
then in the league folder right click admin launcher run as admin
if it doesn't work, switch to eu
eague folder>rads>system
open system.cfg and switch to "EU" and file save
it should download the old launcher with 300mb and hopefully everything works out
also turn off windows firewall if u get any rads errors

When having similar problems, two things helped me: making sure my anti-virus (Avast!) wasn't the problem -- in the Quarantine area under the Scan section, it'd blocked League stuff. And, believe it or not, simply restarting my computer.
