Does picking Kalista in ranked, in high elo count as trolling?

clearly he is asking because he is bronze 3 and he doesn't know what we think of people locking in Kalista in high elo (if you consider low gold high elo Kappa)

I just played kalista mid in ranked and people raged at me. but not for picking her but for not picking ap since the rest of our team was ad(ps I didn't care if we won or not that is why I choose her)
