Shyvana, The Slayer of Three Dragons

I play shyvana a lot. Her whole deal is making sure she gets dragons before the enemy team when it comes to jungling. It kinda just feels bad when you kill a cloud drake though. I get that there are several champions unaffected by the cloud drake buff, but the champion who focuses on dragons should at least get some sort of extra minor buff for killing it. 5 armor and mr is great and all, but if the enemy team all has ultimates with normal CD, you have a lot more to lose when it comes to cloud than gain if things go bad. I do think that cloud should give something else to all champs without standard CD for ultimate, but this is just kinda the worst one.
