Because different classes deserve different power spikes. Also because it was an AP ITEM rework, not an AD item rework. That will come after worlds, where they hope to address the stagnant as fuck ADC build paths.

Personally I feel the same way, mainly because I feel adc is already an RNG battle with crit and depending on your support to be able to fight with you. I wish it was reduced to 1300g with 40 AD (Maybe tweak the numbers) so you can still buy the item if you fall behind but not too behind.

Because NLR received -20 ap. Responded to the title.

With BFS you're in a lane where you're pretty much catered to 1550 is much easier to come by. ADC's also haven't received their rework.

Because Riot loves AP users and hates AD users.

Funny how Malphite Chogath Diana can easily get 500 AP and still get tanky as shit because there are items that mix tank stats with ability power item 3027 item 3116 item 3157 item 3151

But if an AD bruiser like Darius Aatrox Garen dares build more than one damage item they get melted instantly because all they have is item 3071
