Nothing out of the Ordinary at first glance. WAIT Base Movement speed is a little to High for someone with Juggernaut melee Range Is he a Juggernaut not? Nope looked over his Abilities he's a Hypermobility Diver????????

Wait then that Means 5x18= 90 + 60base= 150.
MORE BASE AD than a Member of the Juggernaut SUBCLASS (who's items are designed to work with HIGH Base AD)
