Snowballing

Is every one ok with the state of snowballing in this game now?

I've been playing this game for several years now and never have I seen anything like this. all this free damage from masteries makes tanks worthless. and due to first blood and tower first blood you get so far ahead that none team fight comps over run team fight comps like nothing IN TEAM FIGHTS

if you fall behind even one level its done and most games are won by the 10 min mark with people calling open mid. because other wise they don't even get back to their tower before dying. and then with lethality armor pen, armor shred taking away over 4000 gold from the enemy its like why bother building tank stats? you can play all ad comps with no penalty long as you get a early lead

and there is almost no chance for come back at all... once the enemy is ahead you have to win about 5 team fights before its even... it literally seems like most games a inhib is gone by 20 mins and over long before elder dragon has spawned

Am I the only one that misses the days when tanks did no damage but was unkillable without your team? when even if you make one mistake you could come back and win if you out play your enemy? back when the game was strategic all game instead of "lets get a early lead and push to win" ?

even pro players are opening mid when the score is 2/8 just because they know its impossible to come back when that far behind. I mean sure it looks cool in the big tournaments... but for every one else it just seems frustrating ... am I wrong?

is it bad to want to play a longer game where it depends on late game team fighting as much as early game snowballing?

Come backs happen all the time. Even in the pros. You just cant give up. If you give up at first blood of course you are gonna lose. Tanks definitely arent useless if your team knows how to play around them. All these people on the boards complaining about this and i dont get it. I have won so many games from comebacks. People make mistakes and you can punish that.

even with my speech,i agree. one time the kills were like 10 to 40 (I was on 10) every opponent, every minion was at our nexus but somebody, right before ours was gone destroyed the enmy nexus, comebacks do happen but generally with a player who thinks, and thanks. not one that beats up a teammate for not using there ult when its on cooldown,or calls everyone dumb and says the opponents have been fed too much(I looked through enough paragraphs in the lol term dictionary to know what it is! 'feed' is the act of intentionally giving XP not them being good.) another problem that hurts cooperation is people that see bad teammates. and never a good opponent which very,VERY easily breaks all teamwork in the game. cause if you say something they generally beat you up for not seeing how bad the 'feeder' is or ignoring the fact the team isn't doing too good

once you have a huge lead it doesn't even matter if you make mistakes

76% of games are won after tower first blood. and I bet that's far higher in pro play where mistakes are fewer

yeah...I have not played the game for years. only like a month but I see a lot of champions that have some part of them that makes snowballing easy and reaching some extreme early game. went against a illaoi (Illaoi) 8 minutes in has a black cleaver, and with the move she has that spawns tentacles that attack and heal her, they spawn in TERRIAN YOU CANT MOVE IN,was going to retreat? nope. tentacle spawns in your turret and you die. easy free kill. and slowing by like 80% after a skill that gives her free hits(even if you go out of range it still slows AND increases tentacle spawn rates near you) compare that to lets say...Fiddlesticks. some champions were made for certain tasks. but in that there always given open item choices. which in turn lets them easily counter there counters and still improve against every other opponent.
