she just dashes around dealing true damage has slows ability to negate skill shots and her ult is insane i feel like she needs a numbers nerf

meh, you just need to play smart against her.

Walk away to reset her passive if it is facing her. Hold your cc or high damage abilities until she Ripostes. Use low cd, low damage abilities, or even auto's to bait out her Riposte.

If she can't proc her passive for poke in lane and you are able to get abilities past her riposte then it is easy to win lane and she will never have the opportunity to ult, and her team fight will not exist after that.

super op? I don't know if I'd go that far. shes definitely too strong, but shes not on the level of say Darius or Mordekaiser. If she gets going man is she hard to deal with, but she has her weaknesses for sure.

she does need some tuning down in some areas though I feel. the cooldown on the dash is a little oppressive with how much dmg she does. she is entirely too mobile and sticks to people way too easily for how much damage she does. Her ult heal has honestly been nerfed to where she has to hit all 4 vitals to get old heal which I am perfectly ok with. If a good fiora gets me with all 4 vitals than bravo, 10/10. Her riposte is definitely too strong. that it blocks everything for the entire duration is too much. I would much rather see it work like a spell shield that can stun instead block everything then stun.

at least with daruis i can kite him but fiora feels like she has infinite gap closer
