Any boots, Power item / I'm no pro Vlad, I've also never played him, but what i've seen is to build these items. If your stomping and everyone is terrified of you, go DeathCap, if your doing anything less of that build zhonya instead. Hope this helped :)

Wouldnt Rylais be super good? I don't see how it wouldn't be considered core. Both stats affect his passive, and the slow means you can't just run away from his combo and ignore him
