who should I one trick

Hey summoners, I have been playing league for a while now and I find grinding elo a little dole this time around. i play so many different champs to stay sane that my elo tanks. When i buckle down and spam a champ I am extremely consistent. I am currently silver 5, but I have been gold 1 with 60LP many times in the past. Who should i master? I need a champ that is consistent/strong and good for climbing but I personally do not prefer mainstream champs in the meta. I dont mind the role so much.

P.S. I do extrememly well as support but I dont trust maining it in this elo due to knuckleheads trying to throw.

Main jungle kha. Just main jungle, trust me. If you want to rank up it revolves around who has the better jungler.

main annie jungle. no one will understand it when you show up with 3 thornmails and a banshees veil at 40 minutes into the game and win the game for your team.

you shouldn't. you should have 1-2 champions you know inside out, know at least 5-6 ok to good in the role you want to main, at least 1 role you can play secondary and a general understanding of how the other roles work as well as a smattering of champions you like in the role so you can play around them and fit better into comps. but that's just my opinion.
