I think he's talking about a mechanic where you CC an opponent, and your ADC is FORCED to attack that CC'd enemy.

I know what he meant. However, I was giving the closest option currently in LoL, also saying that I think it could be very troll

Mainly the issue being that Taunting an ally is basically CCing your Ally.

Main reason why is been playing Malz support, I ping which enemy I'm gonna ult, then ult them, and continue to ping that I'm targeting this person and my adc will not even follow up with an auto. It's frustrating beyond reason, have the same issue with Leona where I will ping my target, cc target, continue pinging target and no one follows up. Pretty much where I can guide my adc like a champ pet to auto a target.
