If you think about it, Jax is the only champion since earlier season with an evasion ability that lets him attack when dodging AA. Yes, there's been an increase in untargetable/invulnerable skills, but none as unique as Jax's E. I wonder if Riot would start giving new champs counterstrike mechanics in the future.

I think X creep means the increase in progression of a certain trait over time, not the reduction of it mate.

Nowadays, dodge could for sure be re-implemented... as a tank stat, which only people building actual tank can get.
