It's so worthless when it comes to seeing Dragon or Baron kills.
At least make Scuttle report on the inside of either the Baron or Dragon pit.
Otherwise I don't get the real purpose behind it.
I feel like its ranged was reduced--to make the move buff reduced--but if the enemy can take dragon unseen regardless of the ward it's a bad ward for 'warding dragon.'
Borkahn2 votesI personally don't view it as a ward for dragon/baron. I view it as a savior ward in my elo for all lanes. No idea how many enemy junglers get ticked off when they have to take specific routes to not be seen.

But I'm tired of heading to dragon and being delayed because team wants to kill scuttler--then the enemy team reaches, moves us from dragon and we can't see action 'cause scuttler useless.
Was reading riot literature and they seem convinced that scuttler provides sufficient dragon deterrence when it doesn't.

it's meant to deter solo drags. course most champs i play can find other ways to drag to avoid it if it's not warded.
